What happens when I submit my order?
When your order is received, we will send you an E-mail confirmation. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. We'll notify you by E-mail when your order ships and if any items are sold out or on back order.
Can I return or exchange items ordered over the web?
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return your purchase to The Corral Western Wear store or ship it back to us. Click here for more information on returns and exchanges.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At The Corral Western Wear, we begin the shipment process immediately. Your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours, but may take longer due to inventory fluctuations.
Overnight orders placed after 11:00am PST are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00am PST Friday are processed the next business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday. Thecorralwesterwear.com recognizes the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
How are orders shipped?
We currently ship most orders via UPS. Due to a few orders placed with PO, APO, and FPO addresses, United States Postal Service is used to deliver these special packages
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. The E-mail confirmation that we send to you contains a link that will allow you to check the status of your order on-line. A tracking number will be provided for your use. You may also click here to view your order history.
Can I change my order after it's submitted?
We can change the shipping method, reduce or increase item quantities, or cancel items on your order if it has not been shipped. Any changes may cause a delay in shipping. To request an order change, send an E-mail to orders@thecorralwesternwear.com (be sure to reference your order number) or call us at 714-998-2920.
Is my email address shared with other companies?
No, we do not share your email address with other companies. Periodically, we may send you email on new products or special offers. If you prefer, you can choose not to receive these emails.
Do you have a printed product catalog?
No, we have made the website our catalog. It allows us to add products quickly, ensuring you the largest possible selection and avoiding the high cost of a printed catalog.
What Forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards. You may use a debit card, but only if we can charge it like a credit card. We will also accept Money Orders, but items purchased with a Money Order cannot be returned for credit. Items will be processed for exchange only. You must call 714-998-2920 to process a Money Order purchase to verify the availability of the item and get exact dollar amount of the order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. If we find that your item is unavailable or has been discontinued, we will notify you immediately. If the item is unavailable we will refund your account the full amount charged. If an item is delayed, we will give you the option to keep the charge active to reserve the item. Confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

All purchase transactions are made using Secure Socket Layer(SSL) protection.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. At this time we do not support international orders.
