Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS web site.
To track the status of a shipped order, use the link provided in your order confirmation or shipment notice. Alternatively, you may go to the thecorralwesternwear.com home page, select "My Account" and then select "View order history".
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.
- Packages are shipped from our shipping department Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day). Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
- All orders placed after 11:00 am PST are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00 am PST Friday are processed the next business day, usually on Monday. In the case of Monday Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, or other Mondays which coincide with a Holiday) orders will be processed on Tuesday.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (no Saturday or Sunday deliveries), excluding holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day via UPS only. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
- Overnight orders (Next Day Air) placed Monday through Thursday after 11:00 am PST are processed the following business day. All overnight orders placed after 11:00am PST on Friday are processed the next business day; Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a Monday holiday). Note: Next Day Orders placed on Friday before 11:00am will not arrive until Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a holiday).
Shipping & Handling Rates and Policies
All orders placed on thecorralwesternwear.com will be shipped via UPS, except for APO and FPO orders, which will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Shipping and handling rates are based on the number of items purchased as shown in the chart below.

How To Ship Your Return or Exchange
You must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you can make a return. Be sure to clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. To request your Return Authorization, please email returns@thecorralwesternwear.com. Include your name, order number/confirmation number and reason for return or exchange.
After you have obtained your Return Authorization #, please print the following Return Authorization Form and include with your return/exchange.

Returning to a Store
If the Corral Western Wear retail store is near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with your merchandise.

Return & Exchange Policy
The Corral Western Wear.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or 100% credit return within 35 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition (tags attached, unworn).
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Return/Exchange Information
1. You must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any merchandise to The Corral Western Wear.com. To request your Return Authorization, please email returns@thecorralwesternwear.com. Please include your name, order number/confirmation number and reason for return or exchange. Returns or Exchanges lacking a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted by the returns department and will be returned to the customer.
2. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
3. Returns or Exchanges take 2-3 weeks to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return or exchanged is processed. If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made from November 1, 2006 to December 24 th, 2006 will have until January 15 th, 2007 to make a return or exchange.
